The Regulator 23 CC is a top quality open fisherman that ranks with the best in her class for fishability, performance, and resale value. She boasts an enormous casting platform, in-deck fish boxes, a 50 gallon livewell, a deluxe leaning post, and an 80-qt insulated cooler. She has an excellent range thanks to her large fuel capacity.
