This vessel has a list of upgrades as long as your arm. She is in better condition than boats that are near new, at a fraction of the cost. The owner has taken excellent care of her, and done everything that could possibly need to be done, and did it with an open checkbook. He now wants a bigger vessel so he is offering his baby for sale.
This Ocean has a clean, contemporary look. Her full size tower is equipped with new (2007) downriggers, and has new Cesar Reels. Her Ocean hull has a sharper entry and greater deadrise forward for superb handling in all sea conditions. Lifting strakes soften her ride in slop and chop, while enhancing overall performance and tracking ability. She is fast and agile, and has a dry ride.
Below decks, the two stateroom, two head interior is arranged with the galley down, and is separated from the salon by a breakfast bar. The galley has a new Teak and Holley floor, and is large enough for full size appliances, and is equipped well enough to satisfy any chef.
The guest stateroom contains a single double berth and a built in Dryer. A walkaround double bed is found in the master stateroom. Both cabins have plenty of storage and are really comfortable for any stay you plan. Both Heads have full sized showers, and are large enough for anybody to use.
Her salon is accented with Teak bulkheads and handcrafted cabinetry. She has been redone and upgraded with huge 42"Flat Screen TV and a new Sea King Sat.TV System, and a great, comfortable leather L shaped couch, and a built in vacum system. The dinette is starboard in the salon, made with Teak, and Teak bar stools that offers a great place to sit and grab a bite.
The 135 sq. ft. cockpit is Teak floored and large enough for any task with her new Release Fighting chair with rocket launchers sitting right in the middle. The wide Teak gunnels are a work of art. And the walk through Tuna door is great.
Where ever you look on this boat, you see upgrades. Her Cummings QSC 540hp were new in 2007 and have 1012 hours on them, and are monitored with Smartcraft systems. They have been serviced professionally and run perfect. Her genset was also replaced with a Westerbeke genset. Her coaming pads and curtains are also new. The shafts were replaced and she now has 2 dripless struts. The owner had her wiring replaced when he had the interior redone, the thru-hulls replaced, the pumps replaced, the steering system replaced, the hot water tank replaced, and the forward A/C unit was done also. Her aft steering station was replaced with a custom built drink box Whewwww. A lot was done, and she is currently on the hill getting a new bottom paint job, and a prop tune up. She has a complete complament of electronics by Furuno including radar, GPS/Chartplotter, autopilot, and VHF Radios. Take a look in the description section for a complete list.
