Accomodations
The accommodation can be entered either through the center cockpit companion way into the main salon or through the aft cockpit directly into the master stateroom. Fitted throughout in warm mahogany and teak paneling with teak inlaid sole. Well ventilated with 4 large s/s dorades (new 2011) and a forward and main opening hatch. All openings have fitted bug screens. Side ports are fixed except for heads and all were recently resealed no leaks/stains.Starting from aft entry:The master stateroom has a large single bunk to port and a double to starboard both equipped with lee boards. Vast amounts of stowage above and below bunks. Hanging locker forward to port and bathroom to starboard which has vanity shower stall and head.Access to the salon is through the galley on the port side. Galley is laid out with work surfaces both in and outboard. All worktops are custom made in white corian. Outboard from aft is Force 10 propane 3 burner oven and stove and two stainless steel sinks. Stowage over worktops on both sides. Large top loading fridge/freezer under outboard worktop. Inboard is 2 burner 110volt burners Sharp microwave and Raritan icemaker.The galley is very practical and safe in a seaway.Continuing forward is the main salon with pullout settee berths both sides each equipped with lee cloths. Table with fold down leaf and center stowage is offset to port to allow easy access forward. Salon is well lit and very sociable and comfortable with book shelves and custom built closetsand drawers. Aft of the salon on the starboard side is the navigation station with large chart table and bench seat facing aft.Behind is access to the workshop with plenty of tool stowage and workbench and vise.Forward from the salon to port is the guest head with hand held shower to port and lockers to port. Large V berth cabin all the way forward both bunks equipped with lee boards with stowage over and under.
Deck & Hull
Both deck and hull are heavily built in solid GRP throughout. No balsa wood cores to worry about. The decks on Indigo are further strengthened with two stainless steel supports under footed on the keelson in the salon and aft stateroom. Encapsulated Integral 8000lb keel (no keel bolts to worry about) with 500lb bronze swing fin keel plate operated electrically (12 volt) or manually. Indigo is hauled annually and antifouling renewed. Topsides outboard is finished in awl grip flag blue and was professionally repainted in 2009.Deck stowage is aft with a large wraparound locker accessed from the aft cockpit aft or either side.Both cockpits have recently fitted dodgers and center cockpit has a bimini with closable window over helm to aid sail trim. Both cockpits have teak gratings although currently aft cockpit grate is removed to allow dive bottle stowage but can be reinstalledThere are three anchors carried the main anchor being a 65lb stainless steel plough anchor with a 200 chain rode a large fortress (stowed on mizzen shrouds) with 200 rope and chain rode (in chain locker) and a 25 lb kedge anchor aft with 200rode. There is an above deck electric windlass with capstan for easy handling of all rodes and warps.There is a 6 man Switlik liferaft stowed in cradle on deck abaft the main mast. Last serviced 2009.There are two halyard winches on the mainmast one either side a reefing winch with clutches on the port forward end of the main boom. Primary cockpit winches are Barient 26s electric (12 volt) or manual. There are Barient 16 jib reefing and main sheet winches on the main cockpit coaming aft . All cockpit winches can be reached and operated from the helm position. Two small halyard winches are mounted on the mizzen mast. There is a comfortable removable captains seat at the helm abaft the binnacle. Binnacle has large compass drink holders binocular stowage and fold down cockpit table. Wind depth speed and radar/plotter displays are mounted at forward end of cockpit under dodger. Side benches are long and allow for comfortable on deck sleeping in suitable weather.

Electrical
The main service batteries are 4x 6 volt AGMbatteries new 2009 charged off separate engine alternator with Balmar regulator or a ProMariner Nautic [removed phone]voltac charger (new 2009). Main engine battery winch and windlass battery and Genset start battery are all gel and are charged from separate engine alternator.Main and engine battery banks can be paralleled from switch on engine control panel if required. There is a total ofapproximately 900 amp hours onboard.Onan 9KW genset (1160 hours) supports all 110 volt systems simultaneously. Consumption under full load is approx .8 gallons per day. Installed in aft engine room in effective soundproofing box. Installed in 1994 the Perkins 6 cylinder 130 hp model 6.354 has 3800 hours. Consumes approx 1.8 galls per hour at cruising speed (1800 revs). Engine easily accessible from all sides and efficiently sound proofed.Transmission is Borg Warner hydraulic velvet drive with 11/4 drive shaft through PSS dripless gland to three blade Maxi folding prop (new 2009). Cutlass bearing renewed in 2011.
